I started yoga classes in an attempt to improve my core stability and in particular to try to reduce the regular pulling and straining of hamstrings and abductors which was beginning to threaten my weekly participation in hockey matches... the improvement has been better than I had hoped for and it's great to be able to run around without that constant fear of a pull.
